Details:
Week-long Mission Trip where we travel to Joplin, MO to serve those in need.
Students will have the opportunity to serve through various general construction and repair projects, apply their work to their faith, participate in fun games, & make new friends.
A Typical Day: Wake up, Eat breakfast, Pray before we leave for worksite, Work at the site, Eat lunch, Lunch Devotions, Resume work at site, Go back to Journey Church (shower, relax, games, etc.), Eat dinner, Large Group, Small Group, Journal, Free time, Quiet in Sleeping areas, Getting ready for bed, Lights out.
Cost:
Varies based on your fundraising. Do not let cost be your reason to not serve. We will layout the payment and fundraising plan at the 1st Pre-trip meeting with the students & Parents (Date TBD). Scholarships are also available. If you have questions or concerns before you apply please reach out to us.
