2nd Thursdays of each Month, 5:00-6:30pm

Food has the power to bring people together. Sharing a meal builds healthy communities, and healthy communities make a better world. Please join us and we encourage you to bring your family, friends, or a neighbor.

6:8's Sewing Lab

6:8's Sewing Lab is open during the Community Meal. Sewing Lab is open to anyone, whether you have never sewed or a skilled sewer. If you would like to learn how to sew or you have some clothes that need mending please stop in on the 2nd Thursdays of each month from 5-7PM. Learn more about Sewing Lab -->

Recipes are available for every meal provided. Please ask if we don’t have it already posted on our bulletin board.

The meals are free, however if you feel you would like to give something we have a list of pay it forward ideas:

Invite someone with you next time.
Volunteer to help with the meal.
Spend some time in the 6:8 Community Garden.
Volunteer with another organization.
Make a donation in the box in the lobby.
Smile at someone today.
