SP AgainstHunger

Sauk Prairie Against Hunger is focused on feeding people locally and globally.  We work with the Sauk Prairie Food Pantry and the Sauk Prairie School District Locally and Feed My Starving Children for meals to aid Globally.  We are motivated by our love of Christ and His Children and His command to feed Him through the hungry.  There are numerous ways to get involved!

Pack Event - We gather at Grand Avenue Elementary School one Thursday-Saturday in October to package meals with Feed My Starving Children (based in Minnesota).  God allows us to work all year and raises the money to sponsor the meals (22 cents/meal).  It all comes together in this wonderful 3 day event!!!  In 3 Pack Events, 2,911 volunteers have packaged 762,264 meals - enough to feed 969 children for a year!!! It is a moving experience for everyone involved and we praise God that He uses us to bring this to Sauk Prairie!!!
