Part 2: Go Fishing, Learn how to Clean & Cook what you catch and             Enjoy a Meal!!

Who:  Adults, Youth, or the Whole Family.  (5yrs and up)


Freezer Cooking 101 - Dinner is Ready

Open to all adults

Space is limited - Register EARLY

Go Home With 36 Servings of Ready To Go Meals!!!


Learn some simple and easy to use cooking tips and tricks to help make meal times less stressful, delicious, & healthy. This is a hands on class. The food and supplies will be provided and you will get to work on each step in the process and take home your creations at the end of the class.

      ALL Food & Supplies for meals are provided    

Intended for 1st time registrants.  If you have taken a Freezer 101 Class with L4L in the past, please look for our Freezer 201 Class to allow others to attend this 101 class. 

    




Music in Motion
6:8 Women's Workouts

Ladies: Let's workout together!

Women of all ages and ability are welcome!
Warm, up, increase your heart rate with aerobic moves set to awesome Christian music, use light weights, hit the mats for core and toning exercises, and then cool down with another good stretch. 


A FREE 45-minute class. Come to one class, come to all of them!

Dates: 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the Month 8:30am

Cost: FREE
Childcare Provided (based on volunteer availability/commitment)
*Bring: a mat or large towel, Water Bottle, & a set of 2-5 lb weights if you have them (not required for workout)
