Designed for parents/caregivers of children ages 0-18 years old. 

Coaching Parents to Design their own Family Playbook
Parenting can be one of the most challenging, yet most rewarding experiences you'll ever have. What would it be like if you could design your own parenting "playbook" based on your family's values and goals? Participants will learn how to:
  • Establish a family structure that fits YOUR family.
  • Improve communication - even when it gets tough!
  • Identify & live your family values
  • Create your own unique family playbook

6:8 Women's Workouts

Ladies: Let's workout together!

Women of all ages and ability are welcome!
Warm, up, increase your heart rate with aerobic moves set to awesome Christian music, use light weights, hit the mats for core and toning exercises, and then cool down with another good stretch. 


A FREE 45-minute class. Come to one class, come to all of them!

Dates: 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the Month 8:30am

Childcare Provided (based on volunteer availability/commitment)
*Bring: a mat or large towel, Water Bottle, & a set of 2-5 lb weights if you have them (not required for workout)
